A heating pad or a cold pack really does help lay your feet on top of it

I too have it in both feet and finger tips. Dr. Has me on b12 but it is not providing me with any relief yet after taking it for a month.

I used a heating pad and cold packs you can get the cold packs too they're really cheap but a heating pad also does wonders it works for me when nothing else did

The only thing that has helped me is the Cream I received from the VA and taking daily 7 Gallepaitin tablets.
