Why does it take 2 weeks after chemo to lose your hair? What causes the red rash?

My husband, Michael, had his 2nd infusion week after next. We’re not sure what to expect.

I'd report the rash to your your team. I had one on my forearms and back of hands. It's going away now after the 4th cycle. My team just watched it to make sure it didn't get worse. Haven't lost hair to chemo yet so don't know on that one.
