After the chemo is stopped, you will actually feel better after 3-5 weeks. Keytruda hasn't hurt me, as I said, but everyone is different. Liver toxicity and pneumonitis are not uncommon eventual adverse events with Keytruda, but they should show up in labs or increased coughing before becoming serious.
Like I said, I just passed 1 year on it and have had no adverse effects. I'll stay on it as long as they let me. I have my next PET/CT scan next month so will know more by the end of November.

I did have some immunotherapy with my chemo but now I will just be getting the immunotherapy

I get that...I'm just worried about how it will affect my health

They informed me after chemo and radiation is completed, I will most likely be on immunotherapy for a year, perhaps longer. Drs seem to have a lot of faith in this care plan.
