Any one have SBRT treatment for cancer recurrence?

Hi all, with my cancer metastasizing to my adrenal gland and 2 new nodes in my lung and a lymph node in my aortacaval area, my oncologist has arranged a consultation for SBRT radiation treatment. Not chemo or both as previously administered on my first diagnosis. I would appreciate any information on how this worked and if successful.

I already had COPD, before my SBRT treatment, so I was short of breath to begin with.
I didn't notice any difference after my 5 zaps on the TrueBeam machine. No side effects at all. No change in my lifestyle.
I play golf every week, hit practice balls out in the yard almost every other day. Puff on my Trelegy every morning, and I'm good to go.

I had 5 zaps SBRT, but not for recurrence. I had 2 nodules upper left, stage 2b. 3 1/2 years ago, no further treatment. Best decision I ever made
