Hey Bill: I go around the block with my rollator. It helps to carry small oxygen tanks. It's great to get outside. Enjoying nature is a great way to relax. Sometimes I use a cane. Sometimes when I'm tired I sit outside to take in the beauty. Whatever your abilities or interests are it good to keep moving. Good luck and you take care.

Hey Donna: your positive attitude is great. I'm sure it will serve you well. For me I have to make a deliberate effort to stay positive. I sometimes feel overwhelmed and have to fight to stay balanced. You take care.
I walk outside when possible. I walk on my treadmill daily watch random tv shows. I also love to garden can't wait for spring. I grow tomatoes and now making soups such as chili minestrone and my latest vegetable soup.
I am really keeping my energy up. Can't do too much walking. I have a parking disabled placard. I use only when too far to walk. I cook, clean, visit. Once spring/summer is will go out and do yard work. And then try doing more walking.
O have a treadmill but, don't go to far. Lol. Still working on that. Also pulmonary therapy helps greatly.
