Yes it does Mark77. It's one of the rarer mutations and they are still trying to find things that disrupt it's growth. Kras g12c doesn't have a lot of options but at least there are a few.

Did a no name trial at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston and way too many side effects and dropped out as cat scan showed the cancer getting stronger doing the trial. On chemo, but only have had one treatment. Next one Dec. 2nd. That trial was working for some g12c and they were trying it on g13c.
Hi Nathalie, I also can not do immunotherapy as like you do not have PD-L1, PD-1. Just started chemo and what a great question. Hope we get answers. My biopsy says my cancer is kras g13c.
I don't think they collect data on that. If you die of lung cancer before, during or after chemo (or immunotherapy) it's just marked as lung cancer death.
