Not for me , no. I receive anti nausea meds before my chemo. I have had neuropathy that I manage with gabbepentin . No where near as bad as the side effects used to be.

I am on Keytruda . So far so good . I have had 4 treatments along with taxol and carboplatin. I seem to be responding well and my cancer marker numbers have dropped significantly. I will continue it as long as it is working .

I can only talk about Keytruda. I was on it for 2 years, during which I had these side effects -
Occasional mild nausea, corrected with Zofran or Phenergan
Rash, itchy with bumps, corrected with steroidal topical creams
Tiredness/fatigue, that has no remedy for me (short of steroids)

During the last 6 months I experienced episodes of low blood pressure. I normally run about 119/78. During an episode, it will drop into the 65/45 range. These episodes may or may not be related to the Keytruda, but the folks in the nearby ER couldn't find a reason for it, nor did my health care team.

All I take is Keytruda infusion every 3 weeks. My cancers are shrinking and that is a good thing. My side effects are itching and being tired. No pain.
Wish you well. Have total faith in your Doc and do what he/she says.
