It depends on the type, stage and whether you had Keytruda with chemotherapy or Keytruda alone. There are a few recent studies on long term benefits, but you have to look for one that fits your situation.
Here is a good article on long term efficacy when taken with chemo as a 1st-line treatment. It is for patients with metastatic NSCLC, comparing PFS and OS between those that had Immuno-chemtherpy and those that had chemo alone.

Like I said, there are a few recent ones, but you have to search on what you have had done/your situation.
I have Stage 4 Squamous NSCLC. I had 4 cycles of Keytruda with carboplatin and paclitaxel and just finished 2 years (34 infusions) of Keytruda. I'm doing well, though there are suspicious areas on my most recent PET/CT scan. They attribute them to infection, rather than cancer. None are in areas common to squamous cell carcinoma.
