My CEA number went up for the first time after being on Tagresso for 18 months. I am very concerned.

Thank you for your reply. I saw my oncologist on Monday. She was not at all concerned about the increase in my CEA number. She said my PET scan looked good and bloodwork was now being sent to a different lab and that most likely accounted for the increase in my CEA.

I feel very fortunate to have a strong medical team working and supporting me down this difficult path. I am receiving my medical care through Stanford Medical Care Center.

I wish you the very best as you too are traveling down this bumpy road.
