I was diagnosed with same as you exactly, did a upper right lobectomy in may 2018,painful and scary surgery, area of removal filled with fluids on me twice after surgery had to get drained off 1st drain my lung collapsed of the pain was devastating ,2nd drain went well. Then follow-up pet scan 3 months later showed it mastatisized at some point and spread to left lung and a cpl lymph nodes and back in lower right lobe, onocologist started chemo every 3 weeks immediately , did treatments till dec 2020 which showed no signs of the disease, here it is Dec 2023 just had my 6 month pet scan and still no signs of cancer, but you worry every day if it’s back or gona come back, Cancer is a beast and ya gotta fight it as hard as you can and have faith in god!!!
I had that also. I did surgery first then chemo. My surgeon told me if I did radiation first that he could not do surgery. Please check with your doctor before you make any decisions.
