Excessive itching from Keyruda? Low dose chemo side effects

My husband has very severe itching and non stop scratching from Keytruda. He’s on 1 mg prednisone, 3 vistril, and 4 Claritin per day. Last Keytruda treatment was 8/24/23. Tumor is back up to original size 14cm x 10cm. Will be starting low dose chemo (1/week) and radiation soon. What are some side effects you have gotten.
