Has anyone had the VATS Surgery and how long did it take for recovery?

I had a left upper lobectomy by VATS in 2012. From what I recall I was in the hospital 2 or 3 days. Home recovery was a week or two. Worst issue after my surgery was coughing. My doctor prescribed a drug which helped that.
