I am just getting started with cancer, early detected. I'm confused, as I guess most are on what to do. My local Drs say entire lung removal could be my answer, other lung is great. I would be cancer free. My family wants me to go to another hospital that is well know and I may get answer without removing entire lung. Right now I just want it out of me. I've read many stories of cancer journeys and its scary but I hope to be as brave as you people are once I learn more.

Amen! We are all winners. Days may be good, and some days not. But, keep fighting with everything you got. Your testimony can always inspire someone. Be resilient in praying…….. in mind, by mouth, by song. But just pray. He hears us🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾♥️
I've finished 6 weeks of radiation and 4 chemo treatments, wish I could go ahead and get a scan to see how it went but I have to wait a month. You are in my prayers for God's healing and strength in faith.
Praying for you! That cancer is sneaky stuff! My husband has rang that bell (cancer free) 2 times and the cancer just shows up somewhere else in 2 or 3 years! Just keep fighting it with all you’ve got and never give up!
My right lung is clear but I have 4 tumors in my left 2 of them grew together to make one large one and my oncologist said if he removes the entire lung and then I get tumors on my right that wouldn’t be good so he recommended chemo and immunotherapy to slow down and hopefully stop all growth of cancer cells. Hope this helps
Just to brighten your day a little, today I had my latest lung scan as well as my annual brain scan. Both were clear. I finished chemo in April 2022. I had surgery in Dec 2021. I am not a candidate for targeted therapy or for immunology. And I am still truckin!
