I saw my Dr yesterday and he will lower the dose without any effectiveness to treatment. He thinks the next round won’t be as difficult for me as he will do this. Fingers crossed!

I had nausea in the beginning of my 1st and 2nd treatment-my oncologist gave me a prescription although I don't remember what it was. Ask him/her. I am sure they can help with it.

Hey Laura: Yes, keep looking for ways to hold your own. Some people like ginger tea. The ability to adapt/adjust and walk on moving tiles will serve you well. We are cancer Warriors! Use every tool you can find. Hold your head up. Dig your heals in, and fight!

Hi Cecil! Yes the first thing I was able to eat was saltine crackers with a little marmalade on it. My stomach for some reason couldn’t tolerate the ginger ale. Between the meds and what little I could stomach, eventually it went away after.
