As a co worker once told me, "I don't let grass grow under my feet " and now am battling fatigue most of the day. I'm hoping it will get better as my body acclimated to the treatments.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Take care!
Keep up the great work! You got this❤️❤️
Yes Cecil. I have been to pulmonary therapy. Loved it since I was always active. I bought a treadmill so I can still try to be as active as possible. Breathing is difficult but trust and believe I am slowly working to increase my time. Its difficult and I was depressed BUT I said screw this I can only help me. I am now on the treadmill. My goal is to do a minimum of 1 mile by June. Long way to go. 🤪
I will be 69 in 3 months and I am in remission for 2 years from stage,3A. Started when I finished my treatments.
Being active gives me more energy. We are on the right path. ♥️♥️
Hey Diane: Sounds like a plan. Have you been to pulmonary rehab? I did the program 2x's. It's very helpful if you have it available. They say, don't think about what you "use" to do."Think about what you can do today. Same with aging. I'm going to be 79 years old. But I want to stay in the present. Not the past or the future. So I'm grateful for this day. You take care
Hi Laura ❤️
I too was active. Dieted and walked 3-5 miles 5 days a week. Now I can't even walk a block. But, I don't give up. I am still determined to keep moving forward. Be positive. I bought a treadmill.(yes takes up a lot of room Lol) I Cant go too far and trying to reach my goal of at least 1 mile by end of year. Sounds like a long time, but that's my goal. Hard to break a habit.
