Dry mouth? Has anyone else had dry mouth from immunotherapy? Advice?

Diagnosed with NSCLC (BAC mucinous) in 2000, recurrences 2021, 2023 and 2025 (Now called MAC mucinous adenocarcinoma). Started Opdivo and Yervoy in June 2025. Dry mouth started about 6 weeks ago in August 2025. Any helpful advice?

Thank you Brenda, I tried some sugarless gum, but not the life saver mints. I will try them. I've been taking the medication my family doctor prescribed (cevimeline 30mg, 3 daily) and it has helped me about 30-40%. Not perfect but better than before. Fingers crossed our dry mouth will go away. <3

I have tried everything out there for dry mouth. Life saver mints have helped me the most.
