I get keytruda every 6 weeks.. was told for 2 years.. it’s been almost a year now. Scans were good I’ll have another the end of July.
Hi Trish. Thank you for your help. I got some normal cough medicine from pharmacy and seems to have worked with my cough. I have my next immunotherapy on 4 June.
I'm glad you are feeling positive and your cancer is in check.
I'm still a bit slow in recognising this is my life now and still feeling sad most days, but I do get out and about.
Anyway, you have a great weekend. Hope the sun is shining for you 🌞
Will do.
Stay positive!
Tony
Hi Anita,
Have heart immunotherapy maybe your only necessary treatment, they are making such huge strides in cancer treatment. Keytruda is one of the best and widely used. I can truly say I believe immunotherapy saved my life, I'm over a year now no evidence of disease. I was stage IV metastatic with large tumor on left lung pressing on my heart and
a tumor on each adrenal gland.
Do what you can when you can, stay positive and reach out to your support people.
Trish
I'm going with Keytruda only - every 3 weeks. Been 3 times and supposed to be for 2 years.
