No they aren't the same. Treatment drugs for kras mutations are pretty thin. I think the 2 approved in the US are only g12c although they have been trying them on other kras mutations if other lines of treatment fail. I think I remember reading somewhere that there may be a 3rd targeted drugs in trials but again it was for g12c. It doesn't mean you can't get results through other treatment options just that there isn't a specific targeted drug for your mutation.
