Like Wendy said, here in the US lung cancer that has gone to the bones is stage 4, metastatic lung cancer. Stage 4 cancer is not curable, but can be effectively treated with chemotherapy, as well as immunotherapy, targeted therapy and radiation (when necessary), which can add years to your life expectancy.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell lung cancer in 2022. I was given 4 infusions of chemotherapy using carboplatin and paclitaxel, along with pembrolizumab (Keytruda). That destroyed most of the tumors and the others were breaking apart. I continued with the Keytruda for 2 years and am now in remission and feeling good.

Can brain cancer be treated
Stage 2 is relatively early but if it has spread, that is a lot harder to treat. Where i am in the US spread to the bones is likely to be a higher stage. What treatments are they suggesting? Not sure what is available in kosovo.
