My first line of treatment back in 2015 was a combination of carboplatin and Pemetrexed and I tolerated it very well and it actually worked very well for sometime. Eventually, when I was on Pemetrexed maintenance I did not have as good as response and had progression and moved on to immunotherapy which was a game changer and save my life. Now they typically start with a combination of the two chemo drugs and an immunotherapy drugs and I do know people who are doing well on this triplet. Best wishes to you.
