It certainly can be but it actually depends on each individual. Immunotherapy was a game changer and lifesaver for me after chemo stopped working. I originally had a very grim prognosis almost 10 years ago and a very thankful that Opdivo which is much like Keytruda worked so well for me. I have now been stable or in remission for over seven years without further treatment. I hope it works as well for you.
