I have stage3b unrescetable nsclc. Had 33 rounds TT 5 sessions chemo. The radiation treatments caused grade 3 pneumonitis and I was no longer a candidate for immunotherapy because in can cause the side effects of the pneumonitis which is different than pneumonia.

Gail, sorry to say but it did me in. I was only able to have one dose. I had such a severe autoimmune reaction I was in hospital for 18 days because of liver enzymes sky high, trouble breathing I needed oxygen 24/7, and diagnosed with auto immune myocarditis. Long recovery as well.

Jerry , I get same effects on keytruda lol. Extra steroids take it out but it comes back week before infusion every time.

Rash on arms and fatigue not terrible but aggravating after 6 rounds.

Thanks Paula. I have completed 4 treatments to date and am scheduled for nine more. The only side effect I’ve experienced is also fatigue. I had hopes that I would feel more energetic once starting on immunotherapy. I should not complain and I am very thankful for my progress thus far❤️❤️
