Fran I have metastatic Lung cancer that went to my adrenal gland. They are using one target medication for me. I don’t think they give you 2 different medications to treat each metastasis. Talk with your doctor about this.

Janis is right,
If it is a metastasis, it is the same cancer and can be treated with the same therapies as the cancer in the original site. If the primary cancer has responded well to therapy, surgery can be considered to remove the adrenal tumor, especially if it is only on one side.

Hi Fran, only your doc and team can say what the best treatment will be. There are a lot of things that are unique to you that will be considered for treatment.
