Have you already been diagnosed with LC?
The liquid biopsy taken to check for biomarkers either finds the biomarkers on genetic material from the tumor(s), doesn't find them, or doesn't find enough genetic material to test.
It sounds like they found and tested the genetic material and it did not show any biomarkers. It is that simple, there is nothing more to describe about the biopsy.
But ask your doctor if they can tell anything more from it.

They should explain eventing
However, they have too many clients and little time so obviously, followed their priority!
