Waiting on results from a liquid biopsy. has any one had one with good results for treatment?

Had nsclc 8 yrs ago in my left lung, only treatment was radiation because of my copd. had good results. Now a follow up with a ct scan and a pet scan showed the cancer moved to my right lung and another new spot on my left lung also. Because of my copd can not have a needle biopsy so I had a liquid biopsy, waiting on the results.

I have 2 liquids biopsy done (2020 - 2022) no specific mutations PDL1 = 0 - 1.
I have IDH2 inherited gene/ TMB 11
I have 2 tissue's biopsies: (2019 - 2023) from CARIS
Different results in 2024
ctDNA: 2024 results mutations in genes: IDH2, EZH2, TP53/ PDL 1 same as well as TMB: 11
