Thanks for the reply. I think I misspoke the mm for a cm, 2.1 cm to 2.3 cm. How many radiation treatments did you have and how long were each treatment Jim

Jim:
I had 5 treatments, each one lasts maybe 15-20 minutes. You also have to have a mapping CT first, and a simulation run, each lasted 20 minutes. They put target stickers on your chest so they can align you the same way every time. All in all, a piece of cake compared to surgery. And surgery is always an option later, if needed.

Jim:
You might want to check out SBRT if there is a cancer center nearby with a modern radiation machine. I had SBRT, no pain no side effects. I am glad I did not choose surgery!!
