What are you asking?
For an opinion on what stage this cancer is?
That will depend on the results of the biopsy. Also, whether your doctor has access to the pathology of the biopsies done after your lobectomy. The results of the two will be compared for cancer type and subtype.

If they are not the same type, then this would be a new cancer and have a low stage 1 or 2, as long as lymph nodes aren't involved. If the cancers are the same type, then it will likely be stage 4, but don't let that scare you.
Staging is done in order for everyone involved to know where you started and to determine treatment. Surgery, like your lobectomy, is the first choice for stage 1 since the tumor(s) is/are localized. Radiation and chemotherapies are usually the choices for later stage cancer.

I am currently in successful treatment for stage 4 squamus cell (SCC) NSCLC. I had 8 nodules spread through both lungs in 4 lobes. After 4 cycles of chemo-immunotherapy they've been cut in half by size and are no longer active. I am continuing on immunotherapy infusions every 3 weeks, but I have no physical limits caused by the cancer. I get winded, but that's the emphysema. This is after beating stage 4 SCC throat cancer into remission in 2020.

Do you know what type procedure you'll be having? Mine was done by bronchoscopy. It went well and other than a sore throat, I couldn't tell they were in my lung.
