Arleen, I always get the flu shot because I've been severely ill and hospitalized with the flu. And, since I've been wearing a mask because of Covid, I haven't had either the flu or a cold. I've become a believer in masking and frequent hand washing and sanitizing.
Me also these last two years I swear by those masks I’ve been less sick and with my coughing people freak out on me so I love being at home but I mask everywhere all the time❤️🙏❤️Dawn Marie MacRaven
Withdrawal from the caffeine in coffee can be difficult. I suggest you allow yourself at least one cup in the morning.
Rub vicks on your chest when you go to bed it really helps and lots of protein shakes and yogurt it’s easier when swallowing is hard love and prayers ❤️🙏❤️Dawn Marie MacRaven
Arleen Parkinson, Ideally you'd put your husband on a smoothie and juice diet with lots of leafy greens, salads, salmon, cut back on red meat. Try to get the book Chris Beat Cancer. He talks about beating cancer with diet. I drink alkaline water, celery juice, lots of roasted root vegetables (they are alkaline. I do a lot of alkaline foods based on the theory that cancer can't live in an alkaline body.
