I took Tylenol to help with the discomfort and sleeping. My doctor gave me paperwork with walking and exercises to help after surgery.

I use Tylenol for headaches, and for body aches I have used Asprecreme-to combat the pain in my right arm, right leg, my back and neck and using a heat and ice pad to numb away the pain works too, even if it's temporary; at least I can move about the apartment and go for walks in the neighborhood and meet up with friends.

No, Marcy, but I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Have you tried alternating ibuprofen and Tylenol? I can't take ibuprofen anymore because Im on blood thinners but it used to work pretty well.
