Im always reading about everyone on here exercising and I've got issues with arthritis and serious back pain that makes that difficult 4 me! Im sure I can do SOME exercises! But I'm afraid that it'll take me years 4 anything 2 make the kinda change i need!
Hey Stephanie73: well, I have back pain/arthritis / and breathing issues that limits my activities. Most of my exercise is goal oriented.. Trying to keep up with basic hygine, cookiing,, cleaning , shopping and doctor visits is workout for me. Someday, my pain is bad and I get less done. But other times I am able to do more. We are all different. I try to do what I can and then rest. Sometimes I turn to relaxation thru aodiobooks or music.
Thx ya'll! 🥰
Great advice take things at your own pace. Relax, take breaks, listen to music, yoga. Just a few things that I enjoy time for yourself.
