Finally found a solution. I drink tonic water for leg cramps. 1/2 fruit juice, 1/2 tonic water over ice.
Stopped at a convenience store yesterday and bought 4 different drinks to try. Vitamin water ok but not a favorite. I will keep experimenting.
Ugh. I feel for you. Have you tried non liquids like applesauce or jello? Maybe even watermelon or popsicles? I'm having issues with food tasting bad but I can drink just about anything and eat fruits.

I like Body Armor Lyte and Poweraid, Aldi's have one that is not too bad as well, called PurAqua Hydration with electrolytes. There is always Pedialyte but It's not tasty to me but their freeze pops are good!
