It means the cancer has spread to your lymph nodes and adrenal gland making it Stage IV (when it spreads beyond the original lung) - Luckily we have many treatment depending on your cancers mutation! Ask about biomarker testing to determine this ! Take care 🤍

It means your CT scans and PET scans are more interesting to read. I'm stage 4 with mets to lymph nodes and adrenal glands. Also means no radiation since cancer is in too many places.

Hopefully your doctor can explain. Maybe they need to change treatments. I had to change when one quit working, but we are all different.
