If lung cancer has spread to your bones and lymph nodes, it would be classified as stage 4. Specifically:

- Stage 4A: The cancer has spread to the other lung or to the fluid surrounding the heart or lungs.
- Stage 4B: The cancer has metastasized to make more than one tumor outside the chest, including distant lymph nodes or organs such as the bones.

This is the most advanced stage of lung cancer, indicating that the cancer has spread beyond the lungs to other parts of the body.
