I am sorry to say but the research of immunotherapy with and without chemo had low responses. Plus sides effects are an issue. I found one Stanford study with only a 40% positive response and it didn’t last long. I hope your brother can have reduced pain and shortness of breath during this difficult time. So sorry. Of course the oncology team will have the best recommendations.

I don't know much about mutations. I was stage 3b and did imfinzi immunolgy treatments for a year. I am in remission 3 yrs now. Hoping all goes well for your BIL. God Bless!
