I have some fatigue. A nap helps. Usually I'm walking around my house a lot doing different cleaning tasks. Exercise of any kind helps with energy levels. Carbs help too. I usually have homemade treats around or fresh fruit. 😋 I snack more on days I have fatigue.

I understand being fatigue. Chemo immunotherapy and radiation treatment has got me soooo tired! I can't really complain because it seems to be the only side affect that I've had well that is bothersome! I will consider myself blessed 🙌 ! I am following for any tips or tricks! Sending ❤️! God bless!
